I just acquired a townhome with a 10-yr. old open loop system with toesters. Stories about the return water mixing back into the system have me wondering what is the best thing to do next, short of replacing the system. Any suggestions, including who might be a good tech to go to?

Temps
What temp does your system run at? Low temps are bad. If you run your system above 140 you will be better off.
