What amp draw should I have on a Q3400a 1081 when it is trying to light? It's at .9 to1.0 now. Peerless boiler running LP Thanks

It is actually better
to take a resistance reading on that Smart Valve Ignitor, it should be about 2 to 5 ohms and anything over 10 should be replaced. Also if you are having problems a microamp reading should be taken, depending on whether it is Generation I (knob on top of valve) microamps should be no less than .3 if it is Generation II (switch on top of the valve) it should be 1.3 microamps.
Anything else we can help you with?0
