are set to factory specs. We do a ton of them this is the !st not to get a 35° coil

    Unico system with Carrier Heat Pump

    1 1/2 Unico system with a matching Carrier 13 seer heat pump 410A . Heat load is about 10kbtu's , air flow around 325 cfm's . Line sets insulated both (attic job) . We can only get a coil temperature of 42° F .Unico calls for around 35° f coil temperature . The subcooling is 12° . Any suggestions.

    Overcharge unit,high humidity,too much airflow.

    I'm seeing some of the newer equipment only running a 5 degree subcool temps.

    Try this

    measure your suction line temps if its 18 to 20 degree below
    return temps then she fine.Head to the next one.

    Which factory ?? carrier or unico. I have been wondering how well the 13+ seer stuff was going to play with unico's. Might want to try wrapping up part of the condensor coil without pulling any of the charge out and see what happpens.
