... just as low-temperature flue gases may indicate very high combustion efficiency... the lower "flue" gas temperature coming out of the end of the catalytic converter / steam generator might do the same same thing.

As a side benefit, that could means fewer "hot" components near the gas tank / fill though it might make clearing the mufflers of condensate in the wintertime a bit of challenge...

    Did you also see the

    670hp, twin Hemi-engined Jeep on the left side of that main page.

    Four-wheel drive AND steering, zero turning radius & 0-60 in about five seconds.

    Some of the first cars were steam...full circle eh!

    I'd love one of those Jeeps. I wonder what the price would be if they ever built them?

    I could use one in Swampland :)

    Smokey?

    Does anyone know what happened to Smokey Yunick's adiabatic engine? It was supposed to use waste heat to increase the efficiency of a standard internal combustion engine. If this actually worked, I think its time would be now!
