Taco water feeders

Has anyone had a problem with the single Taco boiler water feeder leaking at the square body gasket?

Yes for years now you return to the job to find a leaker.Need to tighten the four screws when installing a new valve....0 -
Only seen it
on boilers with alot of makeup water going in for a while . Most common is in a house with leaking radiant , usually going on for months before someone catches it .0 -
Not at the factory
No histor of any problems with leaking water feeders. I will be happy to talk to anyone that does have a problem.
