Nope and have about 8 in. 4 for over a year. Someone yard on it a little too much getting it in or out to fill at startup?

    Has anyone had the condensate trap break at the neck? Boiler is one year old.

    Yes

    When GB142 is used for high temp applications there is a possibility that the condensate trap will snap at o-ring. Buderus will replace this free of charge. Take it to your wholesaler. I have see at least 10 come back. And as they said use mineral oil to as a trap seal to eliminate evaporation...
