Now there are new regulations requireing condensing boilers to be fitted, does this mean that when an existing combi boiler has to be replaced, the new boiler has to be a condensing boiler.

i REALISE THERE ARE BOILERS WHICH ARE NOT CONDENSING BUT i MAY HAVE BEEN LABOURING UNDER A MISSAPREHENSION THAT ALL BOILERS NOW FITTED have TO BE CONDENSING ENERGY EFFICIENT BY LEGISLATION?.
