Combi question

Now there are new regulations requireing condensing boilers to be fitted, does this mean that when an existing combi boiler has to be replaced, the new boiler has to be a condensing boiler.

There are plenty of combo's that are not condensing....kpc

i AM IN bARNSLEY sOUTH yORKSHIRE.

i REALISE THERE ARE BOILERS WHICH ARE NOT CONDENSING BUT i MAY HAVE BEEN LABOURING UNDER A MISSAPREHENSION THAT ALL BOILERS NOW FITTED have TO BE CONDENSING ENERGY EFFICIENT BY LEGISLATION?.

IF I CAN REPLACE USING A STANDARD COMBINATION BOILER THAT WOULD BE FINE.
