Vintage plumbing question

I know this isn't a heat problem but I'm stumped trying to find help on this subject. I have a 1950's "Standard" porcelain wall mount drinking fountain that needs a hand valve, probably a spring-loaded twist affair. The side hole in the fountain is approx. 1.5" and had a 3/8 flare to feed the bubbler head. Any help would be much appreciated. Please don't beat me up too bad for this "plumbing" problem..

Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning

we are looking to discuss a particular situation with an expert in commercial heating and air conditioning. We are involved in several aspects of an apartment building that has had a major malfunction. the system is 2 - 250HP steam boilers heating 2 - water coils for heat. This same system operates an air conditioning chiller.
