the elimination of air can be done with a spirovent it will remove the microbubles from the system , if you are worried about noise use a contstant flow throuth the loops and set up a injection system to keep expantion down to minamim ,keep asking questions till you get your answers .

Warmboard Noise
I am planning on using warmboard for my house. I am wondering if there have been any issues that any of you have seen regarding noise from thermal expansion of the tubing, or any tricks/methods you can pass on to ensure a quiet installation. The Warmboard folks seem adamant about having the manifolds 3 feet off of the floor to eliminate air. Does air in the system create alot of noise? I am planning on using a condensing boiler, with outdoor reset.
Thanks for your thoughts!0
