i am wiring a boiler with a taco 504 control and 5 circulaters how many 14 gauge wires can i run inside 1/2 inch emt

The NEC says:

If you run THHN (typical) you can run 12, 14-GA conductors in 1/2" EMT.

If you run RH, you can only run 6.

What about using

all the same gauge wires , but having some of them low voltage and some line voltage in the same conduit ? Is this forbidden ?

they are, if the wire is rated the same, with low voltage wiring that is harder to find, mard

If I'm correct you can have 9 current carying wires in a pipe before you have to derate circuits (ampacity) since small circ. pumps draw very little I'd guess you'd be all right with all 5 pumps in pipe.....you didn't give enough info on what your going with the wiring in the pipe.....so it's only a guess
