Which brand boiler
are you connecting to ? Many new steam boilers come with tappings to do that very thing . And the intallation manuals usually give good schematics to pipe them in . Peerless , Burnham , Weil Mclain to name a few - all have manuals online .
If its an older boiler you probably can do it also , just make sure you can hook into tappings on both sides of the boiler - one tapping up high , one lower , but both lower than the boiler water level .0 -
