Can anyone help me out with sizing a circulator for a primary circuit in a primary/secondary piping system? The secondary systems are all zoned with circulators. Do I need to size for all the flow rates in every secondary circuit or just a portion of the flow?
Thanks for the help,
Dave Bennett

You need to size
for the total load, but at a temperature drop that's determined by the sum of what the secondary circuits will be doing.
