We have been working on this project for almost a year. We are doing the entire mechanical package (RFH, snowmelt, A/C, DHW, ERV's, humidification, air filtration, IAQ, and controls). We stapled the radiant in the first floor Tuesday and poured the gyp-crete yesterday.
We are piping the mechanical room in a couple of weeks. I will post some pictures when we're done. -DF

Yep,
Dan and Steve are doing a fine job on our new shed. Should be able to get the lawnmover in there without any problem at all. Thanks, guys!Retired and loving it.0 -

Big job
Dan,
Big project. Good luck with it. Looks like it will be a nice place when completed. Is this in Virginia?

Location?
I should have mentioned that this is located in McLean, Virginia. This is how it looked in May, 2002. -DF
