We have been working on this project for almost a year. We are doing the entire mechanical package (RFH, snowmelt, A/C, DHW, ERV's, humidification, air filtration, IAQ, and controls). We stapled the radiant in the first floor Tuesday and poured the gyp-crete yesterday.

We are piping the mechanical room in a couple of weeks. I will post some pictures when we're done. -DF

    Yep,

Dan and Steve are doing a fine job on our new shed. Should be able to get the lawnmover in there without any problem at all. Thanks, guys!

    Dan,

Big project. Good luck with it. Looks like it will be a nice place when completed. Is this in Virginia?

    Location?

I should have mentioned that this is located in McLean, Virginia. This is how it looked in May, 2002. -DF

    At least

You got a better color for the jiffy john :).

Nice looking place, but you know we really just want to see the boiler.
