Can a hot water toe-kick heater such as a Myson or Beacon-Morris unit work with a cast-iron radiator system in a residence?

    is it steam or hot water

    the only way it will work easily is if its a hot water system, and there has to be a circulating pump on the system. It can't be gravity circulation
