We worked
on his house when he did his remodel. Radiant in the basement slab; staple-up on the first floor and forced air on the two floors above. He should have re-used those radiators for the upper floors; they are gorgeous.
He calls them steam radiators, but his old system was hot water.
Made by T. C. Joy & Co. in Titusville, PA. Nobody on The Wall (including Dan) had ever heard of them.

Wow!!
Those are just gorgeous. I've seen some ornate rads in my time but nothing compared to that. They don't look over painted either. If I track down a used rad for a customer I always have it blasted and primed before install. They look good enough to plug and play.
