set tub on structolite or cement on tar paper?/stapleup undernea

was told when setting tub on structolite or cement(so acrylic doesn't skwoosh)to put tar paper between wood and cement/structolite. is this an issue with stapled up.

I read some place
that tar paper and radiant heat are not a good mix, gives off odor.0 -
If you have to use paper
use a building paper that has no smell when it gets warm. There have been horror stories about the smell of tar paper when radiant is heated up.

Vapor barrier
We use 6mil polyethelene.Have had no problems or odors0
