Check Weil's website and your local dealer, this info should be readily available, but make sure you tell them about the temp.

Cast iron baseboard BTUs
Does anyone have an idea of how many btus a section of Weil McLain cast iron radiator kicks out at 140 degrees? Im considering putting some of these in my basement from a salvage dealer but dont know how to compare with radiators. Can get sections in 2 foot increments for $15/foot. On the flip side, can get radiators for $14/section regardless of height/# tubes. Any feedback appreciated. Ive calculated my needs, have 2 rooms which need just under 2000 Btus/hr.
Thanks, Patrick

Dimensions
Is this baseboard 7 or 9 inches tall? And does it have slots along the top or not?
