I have piped many primary/secondary commercial systems and placement of the supply/return tees I thought I understood but working on a residential boiler the supply/return tee placement of a single zone is the same, but is there,an issue due to lack of space that the next zone supply can be as close to the previous zone return.ie. tee/supply/nipple/tee/return/nipple/tee/ supply/nipple/tee/return/nipple etc.(nipples 6" or less due to space restictins)(zone placement on header based on water temperature requirments/w.h. first ,radiant last - 6 zones total) thank you

no concern with placement between secondaries
but why not use a single, secondary supply and and return manifold set? Might give you more room and the temperatures are easier to predict.Retired and loving it.0 -
