Puffback/delayed ignition

I have a AFII 85 burner. First few fires of the season it ran perfectly fine. Now I'm noticing a slight puffback/delayed ignition on start up. I have replaced or changed or verified operation of the following; fuel filters, pump strainer, pump solenoid, electrodes, constant 120v to transformer, and did pressure test off pump. Have a burner control module on order as it seems the timing may be off for the firing sequence. Anything else anyone suggests?

Have you checked the spark? It’s a little difficult on the AF2 (my second favorite right behind the NX…not!) Sometimes that air dial breaks too. Too much air and it won’t light, some are finicky with the incorrect nozzle.
