Favorite Combustion Analyzer?
Since Wöhler has orphaned my analyzer, I'm in the market for a replacement. I do not want a touchscreen because they break. I do not need Bluetooth or smartphone integration. I'm looking for a good unit that can be expected to last, and a printer to print out reports. And I'm not interested in another Wöhler.

testo. They have different models with a range of price points. Mine came with bluetooth. I dont use it.

Bacharach Insight Plus has been rock solid. I had a Testo, too expensive to send in, long turn around time.
I had a UEI when they 1st came out with free calibration for 5 years. Still have it, but I went with the Bacharach with Nox sensor.
Some people like the new UEI, seems to be less money and has a screen.
BTW, I thought you sold and retired?

Not fully retired yet. Takes a while. Plus, I still maintain my own boiler.

Been using Bacharach for over 25 years. The two I use are still working fine with the tune up and calibrations by Trutech. Mad Dog

You’re going to be sad to hear (if you didn’t already know) TTT stopped doing tune ups and calibrations on all analyzers. Bums me out because Bacharach doesn’t bang em out as quickly.

Testo here, too. Bacharach sensors were too expensive to replace every year. I have two of the Testo 300's.

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab0 -
TPI DC710, priced right and inexpensive to repair/calibrate. Does the job

Testo worked for me when I was working.

Yup. Been using Testo for last few years. Been happy. Turnaround is typically about 2 weeks. Always send in during the off season. The Testo 310 is not touch screen, if I remember correctly. Sensors are not field replaceable on the 310. The 300 (which I use) is touchscreen, but I've really not had any issues with that.
