Hey All,
I dont do a lot of heat pump work, but Im bidding on a job that is air to water, and its mostly copper work into storage tanks so Im pretty comfortable doing that. My question is the engineer has spec'd a heat pump stands that needs to be elevated 24" due to snow, and there are 3 HP's, so I was looking at the Rectorseal 70268 but they are very proud of those babies, cause they are not cheap! I am sure they are high quality but wasn't sure if anyone has used anything like that but less money. Diversetech makes less expensive units, but these will be sitting on a rubber roof, so it needs to be able to accommodate for that.
