Cost to install Aprilaire 865 whole house steam humidifier with fanpack

I'm not looking for THE number, I'm looking for a range so I can plan appropriately. Is it a few hundred dollars, is it a few thousand dollars? My install would be in a heated attached garage next to where my boiler is with the fan pack above the garage entry door. Drain, water supply, and electric would be easily accessible. The unit itself is about $1400 so I'm wondering if I can get this done for $2000 or is this optimistic? I'm in Colorado. Thanks!

    it needs a dedicated circuit and a supply of water and a place to drain water. the cost is going to depend on the complication in installing all of those things. if you have a drain and water line and the electrical panel right there it will be a lot less than if the water and power are on the other side of the house and the panel is full and you need a condensate pump to get the water to a drain.

    Thanks Matt. It is new construction and i have plenty of room in the panel which will be within 10 ft of the steam unit. Any ideas on approx price?

    Unless the HVAC company carries a Master Electrician license, its a 2 trade job.
