Single 4-coil isolating relay (RIBL4C) bad idea?

Instead of adding multiple isolating relays, I was thinking about using the RIBL4C,
Looks interesting and it should get the job done. 4 NO contacts to the relay board. the RIBs common back to the 24V transformer, and each relay wire to each of the thermostat.
Or putting everything to one device doesn't seem smart? That goes, all 4 zones are gone.

I don't see any reason why not. It'd look better than four RIBU1Cs sticking out. I've found RIBs to be pretty reliable, but if failure is a concern, a spare is easy to get. Not sure you'd necessarily lose the other zones if one failed, either.
