    @offdutytech has been on here a number of times and appears to run business out of Detroit. To this day I do not really know what "qualifies" someone to be on the list, whether there is some vetting or whether they just pay the bucks... The aforementioned seems to know what he is doing based upon some posts but I have no first hand experience. He at least seems engaged and knowledgeable. Some of the listed folks to me is still a blind shot.     ok thanks, I have been figuring a ton out on my own and have worked through many issues so far. I’m just trying to find someone with a lot of legit knowledge. I had a couple guys out who “knew” about boilers and I still had to figure out stuff on my own because they were wrong on a couple things.
