Where do you buy this fitting?

does anyone know what this fitting is called, and where would I find a replacement? Where the small plastic line connects on the tee part is leaking. I was hoping that just the connector can be replaced and not the whole component. Thanks to all

i would replace it with a brass compression tee with a 1/2" or 3/8" or even 1/4" npt branch and use an npt of the appropriate size to 1/4" compression adapter with an insert and nylon ferrule

actually that tube might be 3/8", hard to tell from a picture

That is a Qest fitting, called an ice maker tee. AFAIK it won't be repairable, the push-to-connect part of the tee doesn't come apart. I would agree with the post above and replace it with a brass compression fitting with the correct npt branch. The piece of copper that was removed to get this Qest fitting in may leave too large a gap to work with one brass compression fitting. At the risk of drawing down the ire of some others here, I will say that you might be able to get a Sharkbite tee to work as a direct replacement and then adapt down from the 1/2" branch to whatever you need but there will be more leak failure points with that.

if you need or want a quick connect tee, these are a good option, with a 1/4 turn ball valve for the icemaker

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

if you straighten the red 1/4 line and support it, the leak may stop

Or the tee branch may be 1/2” mpt thread

But that grey material is Acetyl, and it had a high failure rates in chlorinated water systems. Replace it with a brass or copper tee

Thanks to all that responded. I think I am going to just replace it with a propress tee and reduce it down to 1/4"

Then try this fitting found on Amazon. 1/2' x 1/2" x 1/4" with the shut off on the branch. Or a different size that applies to you.
