PolyPro vent pipe through deck

I have a few options for venting a new combi boiler - the easiest and most direct method is to exit my house under my deck, let the air intake obtain air from under the deck, but extend the exhaust 11-12 feet under the deck and have it come out straight at the end of the deck. This also provides sufficient snow clearance due to land slope.
Will I have a bunch of frozen condensation build up if the vent is not insulated?
I can also exhaust next to the house by cutting into the cinder block walls, but the amount of elbows pushes me to a 3" vent.

Should be OK if you give it good pitch to drain

Ice could be an issue. I would avoid it if possible. 10-11 fT is a bit much. The vent pipe is supposed to be low on the furnace end.
