Anyone running a MPO189DV with the NX? Those Hagos are gold and Beckett seems to be scalping them.

Are you running it direct vent? If not, I wouldn't. If you can't get a Hago, you'll have to substitute and test.

Direct vented, yes for 8 years+ , No other option, Runs incredibly well..

No Riello option either, NX or nothing.

The Hago is magic in this application.

You haven't tried or won't try a different (substitute) nozzle? If you called Beckett, they'd probably tell you to try a solid Delavan, do full combustion and go from there.

Are Sid Harvey labeled nozzles still rebranded Hago nozzles?

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Hago 100 45 B Nothin at Webb CD either. Very little Hago stock at Sid Harveys, Webb nozzles were rebraded Hagos as well, nothing in stock even the common players. 80 degreee H,B forget the SS

Most supply houses tell you they have it but you ask them to confirm it is not a Delavan and, well.. "It says you can run that" I know how that goes.

Not trying a different nozzel and going down the combution test route. there is a reason why Beckett chose Hago. Boiler runs Flawless.

Dose Beckett have them? Yes. Beckett is scalping them, Through the roof special order. Buderus LoNox territory and then some.

Danfoss bought Hago some time ago and discontinued a bunch of their product lines.

If that were my customer and I couldn't get the Hago, I'd try a 1.00x60B Delavan. This sounds screwy, but as I understand it, for an advertised spray angle Hagos were actually a bit wider than Delavans. Of course I'd verify it with a combustion test, as I always do.

Nozzles last a long time as long as you have clean oil. No need to change them every year. They can go for years.
