Some of us may remember the CO event at the Ocean City Days Inn from 2006. Looks like this one was handled much better.

I'd sure like to know what model the faulty boiler was.

    probably neglected and not serviced regularly

    it sounds like Legal BS.
    boiler manufacturer has highest insurance’s.
