water leak from ICP coil

Options

Having an issue with water leaking from under an icp three ton, 410 a coil, with TXV.

Model # EDD4x36fa2. made in 2009. The coil is clean, drain line clear, refrigerant charge is good, good temperature drop across the coil, and the system is maintaining temperature at the thermostat. The issue is when the system is running, water drips very slightly out of the top of the furnace, the area between where the front of the furnace is to where the coil sits on the furnace. Very slight. When I saw that the coil is clean, and draining i thought it may be some of the distributor tubes from the txv's condensation dripping outside the pan, or the pan was cracked. I insulated the lines, and tested the drain pan. It held water. After insulating it slowed down a lot however there is still a light drip when the ac is on. Again it is coming out from the top of the furnace, in front of the coil. Has anyone else had a similar issue, with this particular A coil? If so what was the solution? Could it be an airflow, high static pressure issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks to all.

Sounds like the plenum or condensate pan or something might just be sweating but we need more information. also where is it installed, conditioned space, an attic, a damp basement?
