Clean Heat Credit
Can someone explain what it is? Applies to natural gas, oil , and propane.
What is it's goal, other than to get everyone on a heat pump.
All must comply in MA, VT had something similair and it was cancelled.

From what i hear it is a go. Also, "retroactive" has been tossed around.
Little to no push back on this.
Everyone must install heat pumps with flammable refridgerants and that is just fine.

We are having similar problems in NYC and New York State, but here it's just mandated for some.. We can discuss this off-site if anyone has concerns in this jurisdiction. This is a political topic; I'm an engineer. It's generally off-limit to professionals in public media.
