Pin Valves
I'm starting to see more and more manifold pin valves seize up; the ones with manifold actuators that open and close the valves millions of times. These came off a Rehau manifold we installed 23 years ago. As you can see, some were still working, but I replaced them all; cheap insurance.

Fluid it too dirty, see the black build up on the pin stems. Running a hydronic cleaner would bring them back to a clean brass and stainless look.
Once they get hard to push, you can blow the top off the actuators.
Loosen that small nut on top and drop the pin out. Soak it all in a good cleaner, or run them through the dishwasher, they could be re-usable. Lube the pin with some silicone grease.
Here is my system fluid after running a cleaner, adding DI water, and some Adey MC-1 inhibitor. I'm hoping it stays like this for years.
