    No. Unfortunately you most likely need a new boiler. Unless it is a pipe fitting on top that is leaking behind the jacket but it's more likely a leaking boiler.

    Post more information before you jump into anything. A lot of contractors do NOT do the right job. Don't get caught with a bad contractor as so many others coming to this site have.
