Correct false water line tank diameter
I'm assuming if the tank diameter is at least as large as the connected EDR going to it, based on wet return pipe capacity's. Aware of the vertical requirements.
That should be a minimum.
Any other idea's?

What? A false water line is usually just a pipe loop with an equalizer that keeps the return above the boiler's water line.
What are you trying to do?

Have dim "A" all calculated out. Just getting a idea on diameter.

As noted, that depends on what you are trying to do with it. If it's just a false water line, it can all be the same pipe size as the wet return to which it is connected — including the required equalizer line. If it's to be a storage tank to augment the boiler storage capacity to compensate for slow or distant wet returns, that's another matter entirely, and the diameter is governed by how much water you need to staiblise the water line to within the needed range.
