They were going to call it the Clean Heat and Emissions Accurate Tracking System but thought better of it

It’s a plot to put fuel oil dealers out of business through fees and force people to sell their homes to investors when they can’t afford electrification. There’s not any genuine environmental concern by the state legislature.
