Need help with wall heater
hello my wall heater just started acting up. I jumped the wires at the thermostat and no luck replaced the thermopile and still didn’t work. I jumped the terminals at the regulator and she fires up. I’ve checked all the electrical connections and everything looks good. What am I missing ?

A limit control

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Thanks in advance for any input0 -
Follow the blue wires thru the heater. they will go to a limit control or maybe a series of limit controls. one of the limit controls may be a manual reset control. It may look like this

Thx Ed. That reset was in the up position I pushed it down and the stove still doesn’t operate. Attached is photo of my pilot. Looks as strong as it normally is o I don’t believe it a clogged pilot.

where is the filter at?

Does this furnace have a fan to circulate the warm air, or does it operate by gravity?
If it's gravity, there is no filter. If there is a fan, the filter will be between the return air intake and the fan.
If you post a photo with the cover off, we can probably help you find it.—
