hello my wall heater just started acting up. I jumped the wires at the thermostat and no luck replaced the thermopile and still didn’t work. I jumped the terminals at the regulator and she fires up. I’ve checked all the electrical connections and everything looks good. What am I missing ?

    A limit control

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Follow the blue wires thru the heater. they will go to a limit control or maybe a series of limit controls. one of the limit controls may be a manual reset control. It may look like this

Thx Ed. That reset was in the up position I pushed it down and the stove still doesn’t operate. Attached is photo of my pilot. Looks as strong as it normally is o I don’t believe it a clogged pilot.

But… Why did the limit control open in the first place? You need to look for the root cause.

First things to check are that the filter if any is clean and airflow is unobstructed in and out of the heater.

Does this furnace have a fan to circulate the warm air, or does it operate by gravity?

If it's gravity, there is no filter. If there is a fan, the filter will be between the return air intake and the fan.

If you post a photo with the cover off, we can probably help you find it.
