Hello all! I have a model R 100A heater. Had issue firing off. Did complete tune up. Filters ,air rotor and segments. New nozzle, new ignitor. Set air pressure at 4 lbs as called for . Replaced fuel with fresh. problem is - the unit fires right off and runs fine until I go to put cover on. Then sputters and miss fires. Pull cover off and fine? Any help is appreciated!

    All filters are new

    Does it have a photocell in it that is maybe getting blocked for whatever reason by the cover when you put it on?

    I bypassed the photocell to eliminate the possibility.
