Need help with Honeywell Thermostat setup

Hi. I'm setting up a new Honeywell programmable thermostat and I am being asked to select my heating system type and equipment type. I have a Weil-McLain furnace model 1107-2. I don't know which options to pick. Any help would be appreciated. Here are my choices. Thank you

It is gas fired hot water. I have floor boards going around the bottom of the walls.

Thanks @pecmsg. I was leaning towards that one because it says boiler. But it isn't really radiant heat. So that's what's throwing me.
