Im not sure why this radiator isn't getting heat.
Well it seems i have three radiators that have been an issue since I've moved in. I have two in my basement and one in a spare bathroom all not getting any heat at all. I've tried turning the valves or so I think they are valves with no luck in any direction. Do you think somehow there is air trapped in there?
I tried to draw lines showing where the line goes from hot to cold. Seems to be right where that elbow is. This is the view from my basement looking up to the piping that leads into my half bathroom.
Valve for my half bath radiator.
Not sure what that little guy is? Maybe for bleeding?
This is just a general picture of the radiator in my half bath.

Is this hot water or steam? If it is steam, is it one or two pipes?
My guess after years of being a homeowner on a two-pipe steam system is that your steam traps have failed closed and your radiators are filled with a combination of water and air that your radiators are unable to compress anymore to heat.
You should also insulate those pipes for good measure.

I haven't tried to vent anything, not sure how I would do that? It is hot water not steam. Thanks for replying

You're going to have to get that end cover off. That little guy is your air vent. With that cover off things might make more sense to you but you'll have to open that vent. Either with a screw driver or a radiator key. You'll want to be careful and not break that vent off or remove it fully. If there is pressure on the boiler you should get either water or air out of it. You're looking for air as the simplest solution to your no heat issue.
