Gas boiler gun burner, pilot help

Swapped a water heater, had to shut the gas off. Can’t get the pilot reignited on this burner, held the pilot dial down and a lighter to the orifice holes. What should I try?

You need to hold down the pilot button for a minute to heat up the thermal coupling which produces enough voltage to hold open the pilot door. If the pilot still does not hold , first replace the thermal coupling ….

Did you purge the air from the gas line before trying to light the pilot?
Note, do not purge into the combustion chamber.—
