Check valve rattle

in Radiant Heating
The check valves on the left are rattling mostly when both pumps are running at the same time. These pumps also have an internal check valve which I wasn’t aware of until I was installing the pumps. I’m thinking about removing the check valves before the pumps that that may eliminate the noise.  An input is appreciated thanks.

    You are double checked if you still have the IFC inside the circulator (it comes with one).

    You will want 5-10x pipe diameters downstream of the check as well as the opposite side though not as many pipe diameters for a more laminar flow. You will have quite some turbulence there.

    edit: sorry didn't read the text below the photo completely.. you were already aware of the ifc.

    Feel free to remove the brass spring checks

    Are the brass checks on the inlet side of the circulators? You don't generally want any flow restricting device before a circulator.

    And on the discharge it may be oversized and the pump cannot push it open completely.

    Just the IFC will do the job.

    Ok awesome thanks I was copying a model of an radiantec manifold they had check before but a different style ok yea I’m going to remover them thanks guys

    That would be an expensive removal if it was piped in Pro Press :):):)
