in Gas Heating
I live in an apartment with a gas boiler and when I turn the heat on there’s one vent in the kitchen that smells like it’s overheating or burning. None of the other vents in the apartment smell like that. Does anyone know what it could be and is it dangerous? It’s hard to describe the smell it just smells hot kinda like something is overheating.

How hot is the air coming out of it? Being the kitchen, maybe something dropped in to the vent?0
