There is still some water leaking thru the bottom spout. Any idea what is going on?

Thanks

Those diverters wear out. The simplest fix is to install a diverter tub spout and it will serve the same function.

How do I hide the original diverter and only use the tub spout diverter? otherwise I will have 2 diverter, looks strange.

Get used to it...looks fine.  You're asking for trouble if you keep messing with it.  Mad Dog 🐕

Could be high water pressure causing it. This
old house has a u tube video out with that problem but it's probably the diverter

I have a very small dribble with all Kohler diverters similiar to you. Both the summer and winter residence. Both are spout diverters.  Not sure I have ever seen one that works 100%.
