Heater won’t ignite. New fuel line new filter new nozzle steady spark fuel pressure maxes at 1.5 should be 5 lbs rotor is clean and vanes move freely There is fuel flow and there is flame but it blue and not very large I’m wondering about replacing rotor?

Replace the rotor and vanes then adjust the pump. I had various issues with a smaller ReddyHeater and rebuilding the air pump by replacing the vanes then adjusting the pressure solved my problem: https://forum.heatinghelp.com/discussion/182731/reddyheater-troubleshooting0
