Hydronic System Not Sending Heat(water) for 1 out 4 zone.

I have a GWA-105-N-T and for 1 out of the 4 zones I don't feel any heat in the baseboards of that zone.

Here is the steps I did to test:

1. I turn on the heat in my thermostat
2. I can hear the valve gear turning, then some water(cold at this point) would flow through and I also hear water flow sound for a few seconds at the baseboard.
3. Furnace would start(then stop when it reaches 180f),
4. But the hot water is not reaching the baseboards, and when I touch the pipes around the zone valve , it is lukewarm.
5. Return pipe is also cold.
6. It feels as if the zone value opened then closed by itself? Is that even possible.

Thanks

This appears to be air in the closed loop. Do you know how to remove air from your baseboard loops?

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
