Setting up new thermostat

I need advice on how to program my new honeywell thermostat RTH6360D. It appears the way i have it set causes it to cycle multiple times causing it to overheat. What would be the proper setting for a steam boiler with radiators beginning on page 8 and 9?

Have you set parameter 200 is on 3 and 205 to 12 in the setup menu?

Also, How many wires are you using?
Did the old thermostat operate the heating boiler only?
Did your old thermostat operate both a boiler and a air conditioning system?
What position is the R micro switch set, up or down?
Are you using the common (C) wire?

OK. Then it should just be a matter of the setup process.
Press and hold MENU and + for about 5 seconds to enter the program menu

Press Select to open the setup menu

Press Select to scroll thru the number options
You can set the clock and setback options you want to use

When you get to option 200, set it to option 3 using the + or - buttons
then press select to lock in your selection
when you get to 205, set that for option 12 using the + or - buttons
then press select to lock in your selection

Once you get to the end of the menu the display will read DONE
Press select to lock in your changes

    The important numbers for steam are 200 = 3 and 205 = 12
The rest of the numbers are up to your preference.

If you have already completed this setup, then let us know. If that does not solve, then there is a wiring problem.

EDIT: also important is the R micro switch on the wiring sub-base. That switch should be up
