Hello, looking for a svc contract for a Lochinvar Noble 150. My gas and elec company does not have one for a combi boiler. Any input shared is greatly appreciated. The unit will turn a yr old in Dec. Descaling is done as well as cleaning of the condensation drain pipe, and flow switch filter.
