Hot water heating

I have a customer that bought a very small camp on a lake in Maine. I'm looking for a way to heat their water for a shower, lav sink and kitchen. A 30 gal. electric would be too big. Any suggestions?

Hi, Smaller point of use electric heaters are made. I’m guessing it must be able to be drained. What voltage is available and is propane a consideration?

They're unlikely to have enough electricity -- I'd go with a propane fired tankless point of use unit.Br. Jamie, osb
