    The boiler will burn 231,000 btus of natural gas.

    The boiler will heat 591 square feet of installed radiation.

    Just for clarification - the 591 square feet of installed radiation mentioned above refers to the capacity of the radiators, it has nothing to do with the floor area of the home.
